Maybe you are looking for immediate help or you are interested for personal growth that you hope will lead to more satisfaction and happiness or reducing stress, anxiety, and feelings of depression over time. Together we will work towards accomplishing your goals.

My approach is supportive using tools drawn primarily from CBT, psychodynamic approaches, and family systems thinking. I appreciate the opportunity to meet with individuals, couples, and families to discover patterns, motivation, and ways of thinking or communicating. I am excited to understand what is going on together so that new insights will lead to meaningful change.
